How do I start a booking?
Submit an enquiry via our contact form or email. We respond within one working day to arrange a brief call, after which we issue a written proposal within three working days.
How far in advance should I book?
Corporate lunches and smaller events can often be confirmed within two weeks. Weddings and large-scale events require a minimum of six weeks, though twelve or more is advisable for peak dates.
What happens after the proposal is accepted?
A contract is issued, a deposit confirmed, and a dedicated account manager assigned. A detailed event plan — timings, menu, staffing, logistics — is delivered no less than one week before service.
Can I make changes after confirming?
Menu and guest-count adjustments are accepted up to ten days before the event. Changes to service scope or venue logistics are reviewed case by case and confirmed in writing.
How are dietary requirements handled?
Dietary requirements are collected at brief stage and built into the menu plan from the start. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, and other requirements are planned for, not accommodated as afterthoughts.
How do you manage serious allergens?
All fourteen UK-regulated allergens are tracked per dish. Allergen information is documented in your event plan and communicated to service staff before the event begins.
What if guest numbers or requirements change late?
Final guest numbers and any new dietary requirements should be confirmed no later than five working days before service. Late additions are reviewed and confirmed in writing where feasible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and major business debit and credit cards. All payment terms are stated in the contract. A deposit of 30% is required to secure the date; the balance is due seven days before service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours are invoiced at 75% of the agreed contract value.
Are your terms available before signing?
Yes. Full terms and conditions are issued with every proposal, before any deposit is requested. Nothing is assumed; everything is in writing.
